We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and more than 40 countries worldwide. Orders are carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs

Free shipping from €75 in the Netherlands and Belgium. Below that amount, the rates below apply.

• Netherlands: €6.95 — free from €75
• Belgium: €12.95 — free from €75
• Other EU countries: €12.95
• Outside the EU: €19.95

Delivery time

Order on weekdays before 9 PM and your order will be shipped that same evening. This applies to our customers in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code, so you can follow exactly when the courier will be at your door.

At Frenky Lewis we want both you and your dog to stand behind your purchase, tail wagging. Not satisfied or changed your mind? You can return your order.

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. Send an email with your order number to bark@frenkylewis.com and we'll email you a return label.

Would you like to exchange for a different design? Then the return label is free. If you're returning for a refund, the return costs are at your own expense. If you made your purchase in a store, please return the item to that store.

Grooming products

For hygiene reasons, grooming products such as shampoos and sprays can only be returned unopened and sealed. Once the cap has been opened or the seal has been broken, we can no longer take the product back.

Return products in undamaged packaging, preferably the original shipping box. In case of signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct the reduction in value.

Warranty

Frenky Lewis products come with a full 1-year warranty. Our dog leashes are handmade in our social workshop and individually inspected and tested. If a product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, improper use, washing or wear from natural use. Shipping and return costs are at your own expense. The warranty applies to all online orders, both through our webshop and through the marketplaces.

Send an email with a short explanation, a photo of the product or the damage and your order number to bark@frenkylewis.com. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours with a suitable solution.
